Reminder: A.Th. Illidge Road section will close for a week

PHILIPSBURG--The general public is reminded that, as of today, around 9:00am, a section of A.Th. Illidge Road at the junction of the Middle Region Road will be closed for a period of one week.

Motorists will not be able to access Middle Region, Mount William and Dutch Quarter travelling from the Madame Estate direction, unless their destination or home is before the road closing.

Likewise, motorists will not be able to access the Madame Estate area coming from Dutch Quarter and Mount William. To get to Dutch Quarter or Middle Region, motorists will have to take Arch Road or Sucker Garden Road, Defiance, Bishop Hill Road and continue into Dutch Quarter. Motorists will still have to take the temporary road created on St. Barths Drive to access Middle Region.

To get into town from Dutch Quarter and Mount William, motorists will have to take Bishop Hill Road, Defiance, Sucker Garden Road or Arch Road and make their way into town or the lower A.Th. Illidge Road areas.
