Faisal Abdul Aziz Al Matar, General Coordinator of the Awafi Festival in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced that the Emirates Telecommunications Corporation ?Etisalat? will be the official sponsor of Awafi Festival 2011, following the recent signing of an agreement between both parties.
Al Matar emphasized that Etisalat?s sponsorship of the 9th Awafi Festival, which kicks off on December 16 and runs until the 5th of January 2012, complements the company?s distinct role in providing support to various events held in the UAE.
