Diplomatic sources said Monday that Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi is still in his Bab Azizia complex in the capital city of Tripoli. According to reports from the city, rebel forces control 95% of the neighborhoods of Tripoli. They also raised the Libyan Revolution flag on official institutions in Tripoli .
